Sariah Berg, FNP-C, is a dedicated nurse practitioner bringing more than 20 years of experience to Summit Primary Care in Denver, Colorado Springs, and Pueblo, Colorado. She has worked in various health care settings, including schools, public health centers, oncology units, cardiac step-down divisions, intense care units (ICUs), and family practice clinics.
As a family nurse practitioner, Sariah is passionate about improving the health and well-being of patients of all ages by providing comprehensive health care services and education. She works with patients suffering from acute and chronic health challenges like headaches and migraines, diabetes, and lower back pain.
Sariah holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Colorado State University Pueblo and a master’s degree from Regis University in Denver.
While studying, she received several awards and accolades, including the National Health Services Corp Loan Repayment Award. She received a Colorado Centers for Nursing Excellence APRN fellowship and was a member of Sigma Theta Tau. She is an active American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) member and maintains an AANP National Certification.
Sariah’s expertise includes diagnostic test interpretation, lab ordering and interpretation, men’s and women’s health exams, and joint injections.
Taking a collaborative approach to care, Sariah routinely consults with her colleagues, office staff, and other health care providers to ensure that her patients experience top-notch outcomes. She happily welcomes new patients to Summit Primary Care.
