Shannon Graves, NP

Shannon Graves, NP, is a compassionate nurse practitioner at Summit Primary Care in Colorado Springs, Colorado. 

Shannon received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, and her Master of Science as a family nurse practitioner from Chamberlain University College of Nursing. As a registered nurse, Shannon has worked in psychiatric and substance abuse settings, which are two of her biggest passions. Working in these settings has allowed her to provide care to the underserved and homeless populations, providing care to them during a time of crisis.  

She believes in incorporating holistic methods with modern medicine to tailor the treatment to the needs of each individual patient. Her career goals include furthering her education to obtain her psychiatric nurse practitioner certification and provide more well-rounded treatment to her patients, allowing greater access for patients in need of psychiatric care.  

Shannon is a native of Colorado Springs, and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, reading a book, or watching a good movie.
