About Holly Lewis

Holly was born and raised in Colorado and as an adult, she had the opportunity to move around the country until she returned again to her home state. When she is not working, Holly enjoys being creative, watching a good whodunit, reading, and spending time with her family.

Holly has been a licensed clinician for over 20 years. She works with adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, loss, and life challenges. She is passionate about helping others identify what hope looks like for them and journeying with them as they take the steps toward their goal. She is especially passionate about working with those who have experienced trauma and helping them recognize that they can heal and move forward.

Holly likes to use the example of the Japanese art of kintsugi because they believe that we are stronger and more beautiful for having been broken. Holly uses a variety of evidence-based methods such as Dialectic-Behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
